### What is IDX?

IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is the set of MLS rules and data feeds that let agents and brokers show MLS listings on their own websites. Leveraged IDX connects to your MLS's feed and turns it into a modern, branded search experience.

### Will it work with my website?

Very likely. Leveraged IDX installs with a universal embed on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, custom-built sites and our platform. You can also run it as a hosted SEO subdomain.

### What's the difference between the embed and the hosted subdomain?

The embed places search directly inside pages on your existing site. The hosted SEO subdomain gives you a dedicated, branded search site at an address like search.yourbrokerage.com. We'll help you choose the right setup for your site and goals.

### Which MLSs do you support?

We're launching with RMLS (Oregon / SW Washington), followed by Oregon Data Share and WVMLS. If you're in another market, join the waitlist and we'll tell you when we get there.

### How current are the listings?

Listings sync every 5 to 15 minutes.

### Where do my leads go?

To Leveraged CRM, or to the CRM you already use, including Follow Up Boss, Lofty, BoldTrail, Sierra Interactive, BoomTown, HubSpot and Salesforce. Zapier, Make and webhooks cover the rest. That includes questions, showing requests, offer requests and saved searches.

### Do you sell my leads or show other agents' ads?

No. Leads are never sold, and there are no competing agent ads on your search.

### Is it MLS compliant?

Compliance is built in: listing attribution, disclaimers, data timestamps and status rules are handled automatically for each supported MLS.

### Can I match my brand?

Yes. Colors, fonts, logos, light or dark themes and custom CSS. Brokerages also get a firm profile with offices and an agent roster with profile pages and lead routing.

### Does it work on phones?

Yes. Buyers get mobile map and list views and the full listing experience on any device.

### Do buyers get listing alerts?

Yes, by email when new listings match their saved searches. Text alerts are coming soon.

### Do you have AI search?

AI natural-language search is coming soon. Buyers will be able to describe what they want in plain English.

### How much does it cost?

Basic is $59/mo with a $199 setup. Pro is $129/mo with a $399 setup. Premium is $299/mo with a $799 setup. Annual billing is $590/yr, $1,290/yr, and $2,990/yr (two months free). The RMLS IDX fee is $50/mo per firm, passed through at cost, including on an annual plan, with no RMLS setup fee. Introductory offer: setup fees are waived for a limited time.

### What is the MLS IDX fee?

Some MLSs charge a fee for access to their IDX data. We pass that fee through at exactly what the MLS charges us, with no markup. For RMLS that is $50/mo per firm, and there is no RMLS setup fee.

### Can I remove the "Powered by Leveraged IDX" credit?

Yes, on the Premium tier.

Natural-language search is not available yet. The public FAQ says it is coming soon.
