1. Who this covers

• Visitors to leveragedidx.com, including people who book a demo or place an order.
• Home buyers and sellers who use a brokerage's home search site that we run for that brokerage. On those sites, the brokerage decides how it uses your information, and we collect and handle it for the brokerage as its service provider. Questions about how a brokerage uses your information should go to that brokerage; its contact details are on its site.

2. What we collect

When you book a demo: your first and last name, email, phone number (optional), brokerage or company, role, number of agents, MLS, website platform, CRM (optional), and any notes you write.

When you place an order: your brokerage name and license number, your name, email, phone, website, number of agents, the plan you choose, and your MLS. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

On a brokerage's home search site: what you choose to give the brokerage, such as your name, email, phone, saved searches, favorite listings, tour requests, questions, and offer requests.

Automatically:

• Basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, and the time of your visit), used to run and protect the site.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which may check your browser to stop spam on our forms.
• On brokerage home search sites, the map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap and map software from the unpkg content network, and a brokerage's chosen font may load from Google Fonts. Those services receive your IP address and browser details when they send those files.

Plain-English search: the words you type into plain-English search may be processed by an AI model run by Cloudflare to turn them into search filters. Only the words you type are used. Your contact details and MLS listing data are not sent.

Text messages: if you agree to receive texts, we keep a record that you agreed, the time, and the wording you agreed to.

3. How we use it

• To answer your demo request, set up and support your account, and bill you.
• To deliver a brokerage's leads to that brokerage and to the CRM it chooses.
• To send the messages you asked for, including listing alerts by email and, if you agreed, text messages (see section 6).
• To keep the sites secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems.
• To meet legal, MLS, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other agents or show other agents' ads on a brokerage's site.

4. Who we share it with

• The brokerage whose home search site you used, and the CRM that brokerage chooses (for example Follow Up Boss, Lofty, HubSpot, or Salesforce). After that, the brokerage's and the CRM's own privacy policies apply.
• Service providers that run our service: Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics, and plain-English search), Stripe (payments), our email provider, our text messaging provider, and the map and font services named in section 2. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged. This policy still applies to your information in that case.

Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

5. Cookies

• We use only the cookies the site needs to work. These keep you signed in to an account, remember a choice such as showing school districts, and protect forms.
• We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The map and font services in section 2 do not set cookies on our sites.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies.

6. Text messages (SMS terms)

• If you check the box to receive texts, Leveraged Digital LLC will text you about your demo request, your account, and setup.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the details below.
• Agreeing to texts is never required to book a demo or to buy.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. How long we keep it

• Demo requests and sales records: while we are in contact with you, and up to 3 years after.
• Account and billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• A brokerage's lead data: for as long as the brokerage's account is active and the brokerage asks us to keep it. After an account closes, we delete it within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it.

8. Your choices and rights

• You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@leverageddigital.com.
• For information collected on a brokerage's site, we will pass your request to that brokerage and help it respond.
• To stop listing alert emails, email info@leverageddigital.com or the brokerage and we will turn them off. You can unsubscribe from the monthly market report with the link in that email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
• Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under state privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for using them.

9. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), limited staff access, and reputable hosting. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

10. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell account holders by email.
